摘 要:辽河油田大洼区块为疏松砂岩高孔、中渗普通稠油油藏,开发后期转注聚合物驱后出现地层及筛管堵塞现象,产量下降,检泵周期缩短。通过对区块前期筛管防砂的效果分析,先期筛管防砂好于二次筛管防砂,二次防砂产量下降明显。针对二次防砂筛管和地层容易堵塞的问题,利用防砂模拟试验系统对筛套环空地层砂堆积厚度和堵塞的关系进行研究,结果表明,筛套环空地层砂堆积越厚,堵塞现象越明显。为此通过优化筛管防砂管柱结构,选用大过流面积筛管,筛管接箍进行内接箍设计,在增大筛管过流面积的同时,减小了筛管套环空地层砂堆积厚度。现场试验表明,大洼区块采用优化后的筛管防砂管柱施工4口井,产量下降减少,防砂效果良好,为二次防砂小井眼筛管防砂技术提供了新思路和方法。Dawa block of Liaohe Oilfield is an ordinary heavy oil unconsolidated sandstone reservoir with high porosity and medium permeability.In polymer flooding,the formation and screen pipe are blocked,the production of oil wells decreases and the inspection cycle of oil pumps is shortened.The analysis of the sand control effect of early screen pipe shows that the sand control effect of the ear⁃ly screen pipe is better than that of the secondary screen pipe,and the secondary screen pipe sand control will make the output of oil wells decrease significantly.Aiming at the problem that the secondary sand control screen pipe and formation are easy to be blocked,the relationship between the sand accumulation thickness in the annular space between casing and screen pipe and the blockage of for⁃mation and screen pipe is studied by using the sand control simulation test system.The results show that the thicker the sand accumu⁃lation in the annular space,the more obvious the blockage phenomenon is.Therefore,by optimizing the structure of screen pipe sand control string,selecting the screen pipe with large flow area and designing screen pipe of internal coupling,the sand accumulation thickness in the annular space between casing and screen pipe is reduced while increasing the flow area of screen pipe.The optimized screen-pipe sand-control string was applied to 4 wells in Dawa block,the production decline is reduced,and the sand control effect is good,which provides a new idea and method for the secondary screen-pipe sand-control technology in slim holes.
