摘 要:通过分析游梁式抽油机机械连杆结构和工作原理,研究了电机做功和游梁运动过程,以及曲柄平衡块在竖直方向的位置夹角与连杆受力关系,导出了游梁式抽油机功率与产液量关系,进而构建了抽油机周期平均产液模型。在此基础上,分别研究了线性方程加权法与超定方程应用方法,使周期平均产液模型可宽泛地适用于游梁式抽油机的开采过程。应用结果表明,该模型的误差在1%以内。通过监测电机的功率,利用所构建的模型,可实时获得油井的产液量。By analyzing the mechanical connecting rod structure and working principle of beam pumping unit,motor doing work and beam movement process,as well as the relationship between the position angle of the crank balance weight in the vertical direction and the force of the connecting rod are studied,the relationship between the power and liquid production of the beam pumping unit is de⁃rived,and then the periodic average liquid production model of the beam pumping unit is established.On this basis,the application methods of linear equation weighting and overdetermined equation are studied respectively,so that the periodic average liquid produc⁃tion model can be widely applied to the production process of beam pumping unit.The application results show that the error of the model is less than 1%.By monitoring the power of the motor and using the established model,the liquid production of oil well can be obtained in real time.
