摘 要:本文运用仿生矿化的原理,以四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵为反应物,在0.6%CS为诱导剂的6%双氧水溶液中合成了六方晶系与单斜晶系的HAP,并且研究了CS溶液对HAP合成的影响。通过X射线衍射分析、结构精修分析、扫描电镜观察、粒度分布分析以及热重分析,对制备的HAP进行了结构表征。结果表明,以CS为诱导剂是制备HAP的良好工艺,生成的HAP呈现针状或者片状,长在80 nm至100 nm之间,宽在15 nm至20 nm之间,并且CS能够提高单斜HAP的合成率,而且沉淀时间和反应系统的pH值对HAP的微观形貌有一定影响。In this paper, using the principle of biomimetic mineralization, using calcium nitrate tetrahydrate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate as reactants,HAPs of hexagonal and monoclinic systems were synthesized in 6 % hydrogen peroxide solution with 0.6 % CS as the inducer, and studied The effect of CS solution on HAP synthesis is discussed. Through X-ray diffraction analysis, structure refinement analysis, scanning electron microscope observation, particle size distribution analysis and thermogravimetric analysis, the structure of the prepared HAP was characterized. The results show that using CS as an inducer is a good process for preparing HAP. The generated HAP is needle-like or flake-like, with a length between 80 nm and 100 nm and a width between 15 nm and 20 nm, and CS can improve the synthesis of monoclinic HAP In addition, the precipitation time and the pH value of the reaction system have a certain influence on the microscopic morphology of HAP.
