摘  要:针对高温深井钻井过程中易出现的井壁失稳问题,室内通过筛选抑制剂、降滤失剂,研制抗高温有机硅钻井液,提高钻井液的抑制性能、降滤失性能,降低井壁岩石水化膨胀、应力分布,提高井壁稳定性。有机硅钻井液高温下热滚前后粘度、切力变化小,使膨润土的线性膨胀率小于6%,且高温高压滤失量仅为13 mL左右,有机硅钻井液中所形成的网架结构在高温下不易断裂分解,具有优异的抗高温性能。In view of the instability problem of borehole wall in the process of high temperature deep well drilling, the high-temperature resistant silicone drilling fluid was developed by screening inhibitors and fluid loss reducer in the laboratory to improve the inhibition and fluid loss reduction performance of drilling fluid, to reduce the hydration expansion and stress distribution of borehole wall rock, and improve borehole stability. The viscosity and shear force of silicone drilling fluid changed little before and after hot rolling at high temperature, so that the linear expansion rate of bentonite was less than 6 %, and the filtration loss at high temperature and high pressure was only about 13 mL. The lattice structure formed in silicone drilling fluid was not easy to fracture and decompose at high temperature, and had excellent high temperature resistance.
