摘  要:水源井在生产过程中,会有一部分气体积聚在油套环形空间内,形成套管气,若套压过高将会降低电泵沉没度,情况严重时造成气锁影响水源井正常生产。传统处理方式是人工操作阀门将套管气泄放至闭排,再进入火炬管汇进行放空燃烧,这样就造成了资源浪费和环境污染。为响应节能减排,建设绿色油田,早日实现"碳达峰、碳中和",某海上油田积极探索研究,利用邻近油井定压放气阀回收工艺,现场经过简单施工改造实现了水源井套管气的全部自动回收利用,每年可实现回收气量约36.5万方,取得了节能环保和经济效益双丰收,其成功实施为其他海上平台开展类似项目给出了新的思路,为以后油田的高效开发,低碳发展提供借鉴。During the production of the water source well, some gas will accumulate in the annular space of the oil jacket to form casing gas. If the casing pressure is too high, the submergence of the electric pump will be reduced. In serious cases, it will cause gas lock and affect the normal production of the water source well. The traditional treatment method is to manually operate the valve to discharge the casing gas to the closed discharge, and then enter the flare manifold for venting and combustion, resulting in resource waste and environmental pollution. In order to respond to energy conservation and emission reduction, build a green oilfield and realize "carbon peak and carbon neutralization" as soon as possible, an offshore oilfield has actively explored and studied, used the constant pressure vent valve recovery process of adjacent oil wells, and realized the automatic recovery and utilization of casing gas of water source wells through simple construction and transformation on site, the annual gas recovery volume is about 365000 m;, achieving a double harvest of energy conservation, environmental protection and economic benefits, its successful implementation provides a new idea for other offshore platforms to carry out similar projects, and provides a reference for the efficient development and low-carbon development of oil fields in the future.
