摘  要:设计了一套低成本的废MDEA净化回收试验装置,采用机械过滤、阴阳离子交换和电渗析脱盐组合技术,对现场的100 m3废MDEA溶液进行再生回收,工业应用结果表明,该装置具有效率高、成本低、污染少等特点。废MDEA溶液热铁含量由1.92 mg/L降至0.211 mg/L,稳定盐质量分数由9.73%将至2.59%,乙醇胺含量由27.75%降至24.9%,达到了预期效果。A low cost purification and recovery experimental installations of the waste 2-methyldiethanolamine solution is designed. The combined technology of mechanical filtration, anion exchange and electrodialysis desalination is adopted by purification and recovery of 100 m3 waste MDEA. The industrial application results show that this device has the characteristics of high efficiency, lowcost and less pollution. The content of Fe3+ decreases from 1.92 mg/L to 0.211 mg/L, and the content of ethanolamine decreases from 27.75 % to 24.9 %, and the content of heat-stable salts has been reduced from 9.73 % to 2.59 %, and reached the expectation effect.
