摘 要:文章以甲醇精馏装置的工业实例为计算和考察的依据,结合理论分析,对传统三塔精馏工艺的改进空间展开了讨论与研究。利用PROII流程模拟软件,在相同的设计基础和指标要求的情况下,对比了优化前后的流程的能耗、产品质量等模拟结果并得出结论:使用隔板塔的逆流并行双效精馏流程节能效果明显,相比普通三塔双效流程,低压蒸汽和冷却水的消耗量分别下降14.2%和61.4%,年操作费用可降低2300多万元。该结论可为甲醇精馏的流程选择和优化提供理论依据。Combined with theoretical analysis, studies were made to further optimize three-column double-effect process of methanol distillation, which is based on an industrial example. Under the identical design conditions and specifications, energy consumption, product qualities and other results of the processes before and after optimization were evaluated adopting PROII process simulation software. It is concluded that, jointly used with a dividing wall column, the backward-feed parallel double-effect three-column distillation process has advantages in energy saving. Compared with conventional process, the decrease rate of steam and cooling water consumption was 14.2% and 61.4% respectively, and the annual operating cost reduced by around 23, 000, 000 CNY. Furthermore, this research can provide reference for the selection and improvement of methanol distillation process.
