摘  要:华能高温气冷堆核电示范工程(HTR-PM)是首台商业运行的高温气冷堆核电机组,研究其一次调频能力具有重要意义。在分析HTR-PM机组控制特性的基础上,提出高温气冷堆核电机组一次调频控制策略,并开发了HTR-PM机组全范围实时动态仿真模型。针对电网频率快速变化时,HTR-PM机组一次调频过程的动态响应特性进行仿真试验。试验结果表明,理论上,在一次调频参数、控制逻辑等设置合理的情况下,在一次调频允许投入的负荷区间内,当频率扰动时可以实现输出功率变化,同时保证蒸发器出口蒸汽压力在允许偏差范围内。The high temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power demonstration project(HTR-PM)of Huaneng Group is the first high temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power plant in commercial operation.Analyzingthe primary frequency controlability of this unit has great significance.Based on the researchoncontrol characteristics of the HTR-PM units,a primary frequency modulation control strategy for the HTR-PM nuclear power units is proposed,and a full-range real-time dynamic simulation model of the HTR-PM units is developed.The dynamic characteristics response of the primary frequency modulation of the HTR-PM units arestudied via simulation test when the power network frequency changes rapidly.The results show that,theoretically,withreasonable settings of primary frequency modulation parameters and control logic,the output power can be changed when frequency disturbance occurs in the load range allowed for primary frequency modulation,and the steam pressure at the evaporator outlet can be ensured within the allowable deviation range.
