摘  要:建立了贫煤锅炉配煤掺烧数值模型,对330 MW机组锅炉不同配煤掺烧方案进行计算,分析低氮燃烧模式下焦炭燃尽率的关键影响因素。结果表明:掺烧位置对燃尽率有显著影响,送入4层烟煤和2层贫煤时,随着贫煤送入高度上移,炉膛出口焦炭燃尽率由98.9%降低至98.2%;随着送入贫煤层数由1层增加至5层时,焦炭燃尽率由99.1%降低至97.2%,焦炭燃尽率随着贫煤掺烧比例增加而降低;送入小粒径贫煤层数由0层增加至5层时,焦炭燃尽率由97.6%增加至99.2%,而仅通过顶部2层一次风喷口送入小粒径贫煤,炉膛出口焦炭燃尽率即可达到98.9%。配煤掺烧数值模型能够模拟炉内配煤掺烧过程,获得煤粉锅炉炉内温度分布及飞灰含碳量的定量数据,为确定最优配煤掺烧方案提供指导。A numerical model of coal blending for boilersburning lean coal is established.Different coal blending schemes for a 330 MW unit boiler are calculated to analyze the key parameters influencing the char burnout ratio in low NOxcombustion mode.The simulation results show that,the feeding height of leancoalhas a significant impact on the burnout ratio.When two layers of meagre coal are burned with the other four layers of bituminous coal,the burnout ratio at the furnace outlet reducesfrom 98.9%to 98.2%as the height of lean coal layer increases.The burnout ratio decreasesfrom 99.1%to 97.2%as the number of lean coal layerincreases from 1to 5,the burnout ratio decreasesas the number of blended layerincreases.When thenumber of blended layers of small-particle lean coal increases from 0 to 5,the char burnout ratio increases from 97.6%to 99.2%.However,the char burnout ratio can reach 98.9%when only the upper two layersof primary air nozzle are fed with small particle size lean coal.The coal blending numerical model can be used to simulate thein-furnace coal blending process.The quantitative data of furnace temperature distribution and fly ash carbon content can be obtained to provide guidance for determining the optimum coal blending strategy.
