摘 要:以气体绝缘开关(GIS)为研究对象,通过分析动静触头的接触电阻及温度、风速和辐射等环境因素对GIS温度分布的影响规律,提出基于温度检测的GIS接触电阻的场路结合计算方法,用于定量预测GIS触头的接触状态。首先建立GIS的电磁-热-流多物理场耦合模型,并提出考虑热传导、热对流和热辐射3种散热方式的等效热路模型,进而利用多物理场数值仿真结果作为训练样本,给出导杆与壳体之间的SF6气体对流散热等效热阻、壳体内外表面之间的等效热阻以及壳体外表面与空气之间的等效热阻的计算方法。利用该场路结合预测模型,通过检测并输入壳体上下代表测点的温差值可计算得到GIS的接触电阻,从而评估GIS接触状态。最后通过GIS接触电阻计算结果与试验结果对比,验证了提出的场路结合分析法评估GIS接触状态的可行性和优越性。Takinggas insulation switch(GIS)as the research object,through analyzingthe influencesofcontact resistanceandenvironmental factors such as temperature,wind speed and radiation on the temperature distribution of GIS,a field-circuit combination calculation method of GIS contact resistance based on temperature detection is proposed.It is used to quantitatively predict the contact state of GIS.In this paper,the electromagnetic-heat-flow multiphysics coupling model of GIS is established,and an equivalent heat circuit model that considers heat conduction,heat convection and heat radiation is proposed.Then,the multiphysics numerical simulation results are used as training samples,the equivalent thermal resistance of SF6gas convective heat transfer,the equivalent thermal resistance between the inner and outer surfaces of the shell and the equivalent thermal resistance between the outer surface of the shell and the aircan be obtained.Using this field-circuit combined prediction model,the contact resistance can be calculated by detecting the temperature difference between the upper and lower representative measuring points of the shell,which can be used to evaluate the contact state.At last,by comparing with the test results,the feasibility and superiority of the evaluation method are verified.
