摘  要:目前受热面发生高温腐蚀已成为影响锅炉安全运行的主要危害因素。针对某电厂超临界350 MW机组四角切圆锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,在典型工况下对水冷壁氛围进行了测试,并依据测试结果得出水冷壁高温腐蚀主要发生在燃尽风层以下,腐蚀区域沿单侧炉墙中心线呈非均匀性分布,且炉墙中心线右侧H2S体积分数明显高于左侧。通过采用控制运行氧量、周界风量及提高磨煤机出口风温等调整方法,将各贴壁测点H2S体积分数平均值由调整前的0.0226%降到0.0103%,H2S体积分数超过0.02%的测点数量由调整前的17个降至2个,H2S体积分数最高值由调整前0.0468%降到0.0224%。该研究结果可为同类型锅炉通过运行优化方式降低水冷壁高温腐蚀风险提供新思路。At present,high temperature corrosion of heating surface has become the main harmful factor affecting safe operation of boilers.Aiming at solving the high temperature corrosion problem of water wall intangentially-firedboiler of a supercritical 350 MW unit,the water wall atmosphere under typical working conditionswas tested.The results showed that,the high-temperature corrosion of water wall mainly occurred in the burner areas belowthe over fire air(OFA)layer,and the corrosion area was distributed non-uniformly along the center line of the one-sided furnace wall.Additionally,the volume fraction of H2S on the right side of the center line of the furnace wall was significantly higher than that on the left side.After adjusting the oxygen content,peripheral air volume,and rising the temperature at outlet of the coal mill,the average H2S volume fraction at each measuring point on the wall reduced from 0.0226%(before adjustment)to 0.0103%,the number of measuring point at which the H2S volume fraction exceeded0.02%droppedfrom 17(before adjustment)to 2,and the highest value of H2S volume fraction decreased from 0.0468%to 0.0224%.The research results can provide a new idea for reducing the risk of high temperature corrosion of water wall through optimization of the operation of the same type of boilers.
