摘  要:由于煤质变化某电厂风扇磨煤机制粉系统出于运行安全性的需要,拟进行抽低温炉烟改造。提出了5种改造方案,通过制粉系统热力计算、锅炉效率测试、锅炉热力计算、制粉系统空气动力计算等方法对各方案进行分析比较。结果表明:采用方案2高温炉烟、低温炉烟和热风三介质干燥系统改造后,磨煤机分离器出口氧量可控制在9%以内,但锅炉排烟温度会比改造前升高28℃左右,影响锅炉运行的经济性;采用方案4抽取中温炉烟,磨煤机分离器出口氧量也可以控制12%以内,排烟温度升高幅度在10℃左右,但调温效果不佳且会造成炉烟输送管道积灰和堵灰;方案5相对于方案4由于增加了炉烟风机,可以有效避免采用方案4可能发生的炉烟管道积灰堵灰问题,同时增加了运行的可靠性和灵活性。对比分析后最终推荐方案5作为改造方案。Due to the change of coal quality,the pulverizing system of fanmill in a power plant is to be reformed via extracting low temperature flue gas for the requirement of operationsafety.Five retrofit schemes are put forward and compared by thermodynamic calculation of pulverizing system,boiler efficiency test,boiler thermodynamic calculation and aerodynamic calculation of pulverizingsystem.The results show that,after the reform using scheme 2(drying the pulverizing system with extracted high temperature flue gas,low temperature flue gas and hot air),the oxygen content at outlet of the mill separatorcan be controlled within 9%,but the boiler exhaust temperature will be about 28℃higher than that before the reform,affecting the boiler operation economy.After the reform using scheme 4(drying the pulverizing system with extracted medium temperature flue gas),theoxygen content at outlet of the mill separatorcan also be controlled within 12%,and the boiler exhaust temperature rise will reach about 10℃.However,thetemperature regulation effect will be poor and will cause ash accumulation and blockage in the furnace flue gas transmission pipeline.Compared with scheme 4,in scheme 5 the addition of a flue gasfan can effectively avoid the problem of ash accumulation and blockage influeduct in scheme 4,and improve the reliability and flexibility of operation.After comparative analysis,scheme 5 is selected as the final recommendation retrofit scheme.
