摘　　要：过敏性休克是机体对抗原物质发生的严重过敏反应,导致急性周围循环灌注不足而发生的休克,其病情严重且机制复杂,严重时危及患者生命安全。该文对近10年来国内外过敏性休克相关文献进行检索,并对文献数量与年度分布、文献类型分布、引文量、高频关键词变化趋势等进行分析和比较,以期了解国内外过敏性休克研究现状和发展趋势。Anaphylactic shock is a severe allergic reaction of the body to antigenic substances,which caused by acute peripheral circulatory insufficiency.Its condition is serious and the mechanism is complex,which seriously endangers the life and safety of patients.In order to understand the research status and development trend of anaphylactic shock at home and abroad,the literatures related to anaphylactic shock at home and abroad in the past ten years were searched,and the quantity and annual distribution of literature,the distribution of literature types,the number of citations and the changing trend of high-frequency keywords were analyzed and compared.
