摘　　要：目的提高中药调剂学专业实训教学水平。方法分析传统实训教学中的问题与虚拟仿真实训的优势与特点,以教师自主开发的中药调剂虚拟仿真实训平台为例,介绍其在中药调剂学专业实训教学中的实践应用,采用问卷调查法分析学生对该平台和教学模式的总体评价和建议。结果虚拟仿真实训成绩,506名学生中仅28名低于80分;2019级各药学专业实际操作技能考核成绩均较往届药学生有所提升。总体评价多为“非常愿意利用该平台学习”(409名,90.09%),建议多为“优化后台与服务器”(124名,27.31%)。结论虚拟仿真实训降低了资金投入,拓展了学习时空,且安全性高,有利于学生掌握中药饮片调剂的流程、基本理论,有助于提高学生学习的兴趣与效率。应将其与线下实训有机结合成线上线下混合式实训教学模式,进一步提高学生中药饮片调剂的实际操作技能及审方能力,从而提升高职院校中药人才的培养质量。Objective To improve the practical teaching level of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dispensing pharmacy.Methods The problems existing in the traditional training teaching and the advantages and characteristics of virtual simulation training were analyzed.Taking the self-developed virtual simulation training platform of TCM dispensing pharmacy by our teaching team as an example,its practical application in the training teaching of TCM dispensing pharmacy was introduced,and the overall evaluation and suggestions of students on the platform and teaching mode were analyzed by the questionnaire survey.Results Only 28 of 506 students in virtual simulation training scored less than 80 points.The practical skills assessment scores of pharmacy majored students of Grade 2019 were higher than those of previous pharmacy majored students.The students'overall evaluation was mainly"very willing to use the platform for learning"(409 students,90.09%),and the students'suggestion was mainly"optimizing the background and server"(124 students,27.31%).Conclusion The virtual simulation training reduces the capital investment,expands the learning time and space,and has high safety.It is helpful for students to master the process and basic theory of TCM decoction pieces,and improve students'interest and efficiency in learning.It should be organically combined with offline practical training to form an online and offline mixed practical training teaching mode to further improve the students'practical dispensing skills of TCM decoction pieces and the ability of prescription audit,and thereby improve the quality of TCM talents in higher vocational colleges.
