摘　　要：目的探讨瑶药大猪屎豆药材的质量标准。方法取广西壮族自治区不同产地的大猪屎豆药材样品10批,观察其性状;并对其茎横切面及粉末分别进行显微鉴别;按2020年版《中国药典(四部)》通则中水分测定法、灰分测定法、冷浸法分别测定药材样品中水分、总灰分、醇浸出物含量;采用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别。结果药材样品的性状和显微特征明显;药材样品中水分含量均小于13.00%,总灰分含量均小于10.00%,酸不溶性灰分含量均小于0.40%,醇浸出物含量均不低于6.00%;TLC斑点清晰,分离效果较好。结论该方法操作简便,结果可靠,稳定性较好,可用于大猪屎豆药材的质量控制。Objective To investigate the quality standard of Yao medicine Crotalaria assamica.Methods Ten batches of Crotalaria assamica from different producing areas in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were taken and their characters were observed.The transverse section of stem and powder of Crotalaria assamica were identified by the microscope.The contents of moisture,total ash and alcohol extract were determined according to the moisture determination method,ash determination method and cold-soaking method in general rules of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(VolumeⅣ,2020 Edition).The qualitative identification of Crotalaria assamica was carried out by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method.Results The characters and microscopic characteristics of Crotalaria assamica were obvious.The contents of moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash in the Crotalaria assamica were less than 13.00%,10.00%and 0.40%,respectively,while the content of ethanol extract in the Crotalaria assamica was not less than 6.00%.The TLC spots were clear and the separation effect was good.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and stable,which can be used for the quality control of Crotalaria assamica.
