摘　　要：目的探讨神曲消食口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取唐山市丰润区人民医院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的功能性消化不良患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患儿均予穴位贴敷治疗,观察组患儿加服神曲消食口服液,两组均连续治疗14 d。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患儿治疗后的胃脘痞满、纳差、嗳气不爽、恶心呕吐等中医证候评分均显著降低(P<0.05),胃排空率,胃动素、胃泌素、胃饥饿素水平,以及生活质量各项评分均显著升高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(13.33%比8.33%,P>0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效较好,可改善患儿的中医证候,恢复胃肠动力,改善其生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 120 children with functional dyspepsia treated in the Tangshan Fengrun District People's Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were treated with acupoint application,on this basis,the children in the observation group were treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid.Both groups were treated for 14 d.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of epigastric fullness,poor appetite,belching,nausea and vomiting in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the gastric emptying rate,the levels of motilin,gastrin,ghrelin and the score of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(13.33%vs.8.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,which can improve the TCM syndrome of children,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility and improve the quality of life of children.
