摘 要:目的了解2013—2019年重庆市涪陵区儿童流行性感冒(简称流感)病原学特征,为预防儿童流感提供根据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2013—2019年重庆市涪陵区哨点医院和流感暴发疫情中0~14岁儿童流感病毒核酸检测结果进行分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果采集的5 085份流感样症状患儿标本经流感病毒核酸检测,阳性标本633份,阳性率为12.45%。流感型别主要为季节性H3型(40.60%)、新甲H1型(30.17%)、B型Victoria系(19.13%)、B型Yamagata系(9.48%)、混合型(0.32%),各型病毒交替流行。6~10岁组儿童流感病毒阳性率最高(23.15%),3岁以下阳性率最低(5.42%)。结论涪陵区2013—2019年儿童流感流行高峰以冬春季和夏季交替出现,优势毒株是季节性H3型。应重视流感对儿童健康的影响,加强对儿童的流感疫苗接种和流感疫情防控。Objective To investigate the etiological characteristics of influenza among children in Fuling District of Chongqing from 2013 to 2019,in order to provide evidence for the prevention of influenza in children. Methods The nucleic acid test results of influenza virus in children aged 0 to14 in sentinel hospitals and the influenza outbreaks during 2013 to 2019 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Chi-square test was applied to compare the rate,α=0.05 was the test level. Results Influenza virus nucleic acid test showed that 633 of the 5 085 samples collected from children with influenza-like symptoms were positive, with a positive rate of12.45%. The main types of influenza were H3 N2(40.60%), H1 N1(30.17%), B/Victoria(19.13%),B/Yamagata(9.48%) and mixed type(0.32%). The influenza viruses of different types circulated alternately in different seasons. The positive rate of influenza virus was the highest in children aged 6 to 10(23.15%), and the lowest in children under 3 years old(5.42%).Conclusions The peak of influenza epidemic among children in Fuling District from 2013 to 2019 alternated in winter,spring,and summer. The dominant strain was seasonal H3 N2. We should pay attention to the impact of influenza on children’s health and strengthen influenza vaccination and influenza epidemic prevention in children.
