摘　　要：房地产业的健康稳定发展对于区域经济的发展至关重要,全面科学地评价区域房地产业竞争力是决定区域房地产业未来发展战略和方向的基础。本文从环境支撑、市场需求、行业规模3个方面,构建长江经济带城市房地产业竞争力评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法,对所选取的长江经济带39个城市的房地产业竞争力进行分析,在此基础上,提出长江经济带城市房地产业竞争力的提升措施。The healthy and stable development of the regional real estate industry is of great importance for the economy of the region.To evaluate the competitiveness of the real estate of a region comprehensively is fundamental for the sector to formulate its development strategy and direction.The paper sets up an index system to evaluate the competitiveness of real estate sector in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in three aspects of environmental support,market demand and industry scale. Principal component analysis( PCA) method is applied to analyze the competitiveness of the sector of 39 cities in the region,and some measures are put forth to improve the sector’s competitiveness based on the analysis.
