摘  要:[目的]为明确二斑叶螨抗丁醚脲品系对杀螨剂的交互抗性和相对适合度。[方法]采用喷雾法测定了室内二斑叶螨抗丁醚脲品系对杀螨剂的敏感性,并在室内组建了二斑叶螨敏感和抗丁醚脲品系种群生命表,比较了其相对适合度。[结果]二斑叶螨抗丁醚脲品系对乙螨唑、甲维·丁醚脲、哒螨灵、苯丁锡、溴虫腈、辛硫磷等杀螨剂产生较强的交互抗性,对乙唑螨腈和联苯肼酯无交互抗性。与敏感品系相比,抗丁醚脲品系的卵期显著缩短、若螨期和产卵量前期显著延长,其他发育历期无显著差异,但抗丁醚脲品系的每雌产卵量显著下降18.38%,致使种群趋势指数和净生殖率明显低于敏感品系,相对适合度为0.95。[结论]二斑叶螨抗丁醚脲品系对多种杀螨剂产生较强的交互抗性,且存在一定的适合度劣势。[Aims] This study aims to identify the cross-resistance of acaricides and relative fitness of diafenthiuron-resistant strain of Tetranychus urticae. [Methods] The susceptibilities to acaricides of diafenthiuron-resistant strain of T. urticae were determined by spray method. The relative fitness between susceptible and diafenthiuron-resistant strain was analyzed by comparing experimental population life table. [Results] The diafenthiuron-resistant strain of T. urticae has strong cross-resistance to acaricides such as etoxazole, emaection benzoate-diafenthiuron, pyridaben, fenbutatin oxide, phoxim and chlorfenapyr, but there was not cross-resistance to cyetpyrafen and bifenazate. Compared with the susceptible strain, there was no significant difference in other developmental periods, except that the duration of egg was significantly shortened and the nymph stage, fecundity was significantly prolonged in diafenthiuron-resistant strain of T. urticae. However, the fecundity of diafenthiuron-resistant strain decreased significantly by 18.38%, resulting in the population tendency index and net reproductive rate significantly lower than those of the susceptible strain, with a relative fitness of 0.95. [Conclusions] The diafenthiuron-resistant strain of T. urticae has strong cross-resistance to acaricides, and has a certain fitness disadvantage.
