摘　　要：[目的]评价新型杀虫剂50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂对枸杞木虱成虫的室内生物活性和田间防效。[方法]采用微量点滴法对枸杞木虱成虫进行室内生物活性测定及喷雾法开展田间防治效果的研究。[结果]在室内50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂处理枸杞木虱成虫24 h后的LC50值为11.54 mg/L,50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂制剂用量25.0、16.7、12.5 mg/L在施药7 d后的防治效果最好,分别为94.11%、86.30%、85.62%。[结论]50 g/L双丙环虫酯可分散液剂可作为防治枸杞木虱的高效低毒药剂推广应用。[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the indoor and field control effect of the new insecticide afidopyropen 50 g/L DC on adult Poratrioza sinica. [Methods] The indoor biological activity determination of adult P. sinica by microdrop method and the field control effect study by spray method were carried out. [Results] The LC50 value after24 h of treatment of adult P. sinica with afidopyropen 50 g/L DC indoors was 11.54 mg/L. The best control effect of50 g/L afidopyropen dispersible liquid agent formulation dosage of 25.0, 16.7 and 12.5 mg/L was achieved after 7 d of application with 94.11, 86.30 and 85.62%, respectively. [Conclusions] Afidopyropen 50 g/L DC can be promoted and applied as a highly efficient and low toxicity agent for the control of P. sinica.
