摘  要:[目的]筛选出桶混助剂JZ-12与40%氰氟草酯OD和10%唑酰草胺EC混合后显著增加药效,减少有效成分用量的最佳比例,并明确其增效机制。[方法]试验以实验室研发的JZ-12桶混助剂为样本,稻稗为供试植株,采用整株生物测定法、液滴性质检测手段及扫描电子显微镜等方法,对增效机制进行了探究。[结果] JZ-12与2种除草剂施用时的最佳体积占比均为0.5%,JZ-12对混合后的药液液滴静态表面张力、动态接触角的减小分别为4%~8%,30.3%~46.5%,持留量增加量为6.20~9.55μg/cm2;对植株叶表皮蜡质层有明显的溶解、变薄、聚合脱落现象。[结论]JZ-12桶混助剂可有效减少除草剂有效成分用量,从液滴和杂草植株表皮2个方面起效,促进有效成分快速到达靶点,增加着靶率。[Aims] This study aims to select an optimum proportion of the mixture of JZ-12, cyhalofop-butyl and metamifop to significantly increase the efficacy, decrease the dosage of the effective components, and to clarify the synergistic mechanism. [Methods] In this experiment, tank-mixed adjuvant JZ-12 was used as the sample, and Echinochloa oryzicola(Vasing.) Vasing. was used as the tested plant. The mechanism of synergism was studied by the methods of whole plant bioassay, liquid drop property test and scanning electron microscope. [Results] The optimum volume ratio of JZ-12 to two herbicides was 0.5%. The static surface tension and dynamic contact angles of the mixed drops decreased by 4-8 and 30.3-46.5%, respectively, the increment of deposition was 6.20-9.55 μg/cm2, and the wax layer on the leaf epidermis was dissolved, thinned and polymerized. [Conclusions] JZ-12 can effectively reduce the amount of active components, from the droplet and weed plant epidermis, promote the active components to reach the target quickly and increase the target rate.
