摘　　要：介绍了阳谷祥光铜业有限公司300 kt/a发烟硫酸装置工艺流程、主要设备及生产情况。对关键设备发烟硫酸冷却器、发烟硫酸磁力泵、发烟硫酸储罐、装酸鹤管、环保风机等选型改造以及串酸与酸浓度控制、酸温与酸量控制、质量控制与取样化验、环保控制、防冻措施等关键环节进行了详细阐述。该冶炼烟气制发烟硫酸装置运行稳定,成品发烟硫酸指标达到或优于GB/T 534—2014《工业硫酸》的优等品要求,经济效益和社会效益良好。The process flow, main equipment and production of 300 kt/a fuming sulphuric acid plant in Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co., Ltd. are introduced. The selection and transformation of key equipments such as fuming sulphuric acid cooler, fuming sulphuric acid magnetic pump, fuming sulphuric acid storage tank, acid loading crane pipe and environmental protection fan, as well as key links such as acid string and acid concentration control, acid temperature and acid quantity control, quality control and sampling test, environmental protection control and antifreeze measures are described in detail. The fuming sulphuric acid plant from smelting flue gas operates stably, and the indicators of finished fuming sulphuric acid meet or exceed the excellent product requirement of GB/T 534-2014 sulphuric acid for industrial use, with good economic and social benefits.
