摘　　要：介绍了新疆海德姆化工有限公司曼海姆法硫酸钾装置和工艺改造情况。改造后,装置运行平稳,产量达到60 t/d以上,氧化钾质量分数为50%~51%,氯离子质量分数小于2.0%,燃气消耗由75m^(3)/t降低到70 m^(3)/t,改造和优化取得了理想的效果,为同类型装置提供借鉴作用。The Mannheim process potassium sulfate plant and process transformation of Xinjiang Haidemu Chemical Co., Ltd. are introduced. After the transformation, the unit operates stably, the output reaches more than 60 t/d, the mass fraction of potassium oxide is 50%-51%, the mass fraction of chloride ion is less than 2.0%, and the gas consumption is reduced from 75 m^(3)/t to 70 m^(3)/t. The transformation and optimization have achieved ideal results, which provides a reference for the same type of units.
