摘  要:用电信息采集系统是能源基础数据采集、电网状态实时感知以及业务需求敏捷响应的实现载体,是“大营销”体系以及“坚强智能电网”建设过程中的重要内容。目前,用电信息采集系统“全覆盖”的建设目标基本完成,实现该系统的深化应用已成为当前首要任务。文章介绍了用电信息采集系统的组成结构,并以四川电网为例论述和分析了基于用采数据的有序用电和负荷控制、高速宽带电力线载波(High-speed Wide-band Power Line Carrier,HPLC)深化应用、配变监测、台区体检、远程开户以及远程充值优化提升等多项业务的深化应用情况,为建设新一代数字化、智能化、信息化和自动化的用电信息采集系统提供参考。The electricity consumption information acquisition system is the carrier of energy basic data collection,real-time perception of power grid status,and agile response of business needs.It is an important part of building a"big marketing"system and"strong smart grid".At present,the electricity consumption information acquisition system has basically achieved the"full coverage"construction goal,and has entered the stage of deepening its application.This paper introduces the composition and structure of the electricity consumption information acquisition system,and discusses and analyzes the deepening application of multiple businesses,such as orderly electricity consumption and load control based on the consumption and acquisition data,high-speed wide-band power line carrier(HPLC),distribution monitoring,physical examination of the station area,remote account opening,and remote recharge optimization and promotion based on the Sichuan Power Grid as an example,which provides a reference for the study of a new generation of digital,intelligent,informative and automated electricity consumption information acquisition systems.
