摘　　要：目的分析髌上入路胫骨髓内钉和LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折的疗效。方法选择2019年6月至2020年6月巨野县人民医院收治的76例胫骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组38例采用髌上入路胫骨髓内钉术,研究组38例使用LISS钢板治疗,对比两组疗效、骨折愈合时间及生活质量。结果研究组治疗优良率94.74%高于对照组76.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.2084,P<0.05);研究组手术时间、出血量、住院时间与骨折愈合时间均比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(t=4.8976,7.3100,10.9926,5.9211,P<0.05);研究组健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分(88.19±5.47)分比对照组(77.45±10.58)分高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.5587,P<0.05)。结论微创LISS钢板治疗胫骨近端骨折,可缩短患者手术时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of supratellar approach to tibial intramedullary nail and LISS plate on the treatment of proximal tibial fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with proximal tibial fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.Thirty-eight patients in the control group were treated with suprapatellar approach intramedullary nail and 38 patients in the study group were treated with LISS plate.The therapeutic effect,fracture healing time and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The rate of excellent and good treatment in the study group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.2084,P<0.05).In the study group,the operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,and fracture healing time were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.8976,7.3100,10.9926,5.9211,P<0.05);The score of SF-36 in the study group(88.19±5.47)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.5587,P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive LISS plate for the treatment of proximal tibia fracture can shorten the operative time and hospital stay,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and improve the quality of life.
