摘 要:管片渗漏水是地铁隧道的主要病害之一,直接影响地铁列车的运行安全。隧道开挖过程中地下水的渗漏不仅威胁施工安全,还会影响工程质量。为解决区间隧道中的管片渗漏水问题,以杭州地铁5号线隧道为例,对渗漏水来源及流通问题进行分析。首先根据现场测试和地质水文条件对区间内管片渗漏水的来源进行分析,确定了管片渗漏水的来源为地下承压水。在此基础上,结合现场的地勘资料,根据承压水流通机理分析后初步确定承压水会沿着一定路径流通后导致病害的发生,并对承压水的流通路径进行验证。然后对承压水通道(UCWC)的形成原因提出假设,即桩基础的加固作用导致地层之间性质的差异,地层性质差异导致沉降差的产生,在开挖和扰动作用下,沉降差进一步增大引起层间裂隙,形成流通通道。最后,通过数值模拟与现场监测数据对这一假设进行验证,并据此提出了对应的技术措施,取得了较好效果。研究结果表明:隧道管片渗漏的渗漏水来源主要为承压水,承压水流通至病害区间引发管片渗漏。承压水通过UCWC流通至病害区间,通过数值模拟与现场监测数据分析得到UCWC的成因为车站加固结构与软弱地层存在的沉降差异。针对承压水流通路径以及UCWC成因,提出了长管二次注浆施作环箍,调整同步注浆材料,加强监测等技术措施来切断UCWC,避免管片渗漏水。Segment leakage is one of the main diseases of subway tunnel,which directly affects the safety of subway train operation.The leakage of underground water during tunnel excavation not only threatens the construction safety,but also affects the quality of the engineering.In order to solve the problem of water leakage in the tunnel,this paper considered Hangzhou Metro Line 5 tunnel as an example to analyze the source and circulation of water leakage.Firstly,according to the field tests and geological and hydrological conditions,the source of segment leakage water was analyzed.The source of segment leakage water was determined to be underground confined water.On this basis,combined with the site geological survey data,based on the analysis of confined water circulation mechanism,it was preliminarily determined that confined water will flow along a certain path and lead to the occurrence of diseases,and the confined water circulation path was verified.Then,a hypothesis was proposed for the formation of confined water channel(UCWC).The reinforcement of pile foundation leads to the difference in the properties of strata,and the difference in the properties of strata leads to the difference in settlement.Under the effect of excavation and disturbance,the further increase of settlement difference leads to the cracks between layers and the formation of circulation channels.Finally,this hypothesis was verified by numerical simulation and field monitoring data.The corresponding technical measures were put forward,and good results were achieved.The results are as follows.1)The primary source of the leakage is confined water,which flows to the disease range and causes the leakage.2)Confined water flows through UCWC to the zone of disease.Through the numerical simulation and the field monitoring data analysis,the settlement difference between the station reinforced structure and the weak stratum is the cause of UCWC.3)In view of the flow path of confined water and the causes of UCWC,technical measures such as applying secondary
