摘  要:采用导热材料氮化硼(BN)制备NR/BN复合材料,考察BN对天然橡胶复合材料的力学性能、热性能和阻尼特性的影响。结果显示:BN对天然橡胶复合材料具有一定的补强作用,其力学性能和硫化速率高于同等添加量的炭黑补强天然橡胶复合材料;BN的添加可以提高NR/BN复合材料的热稳定性,且随着BN添加量的增大,天然橡胶复合材料的导热性能逐渐增强。与炭黑填充的天然橡胶复合材料相比,NR/BN复合材料的阻尼性能变化不明显,但抗压缩蠕变性能显著提高。The thermal conductivity material boron nitride(BN) was used to prepare NR/BN composites, and the effect of BN on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and creep characteristics of natural rubber composites was investigated. The results show that BN has a certain reinforcing effect on natural rubber composites, and its mechanical properties and vulcanization rate are higher than natural rubber composites reinforced by the same amount of carbon black;BN can improve the thermal stability of NR/BN composites. With the increasing addition of BN, the thermal conductivity of natural rubber composites gradually increases.Compared with carbon black filled natural rubber composites, the damping properties of NR/BN composites change insignificantly, but the compressive creep resistance is significantly improved.
