摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料,HM-1为催化剂进行环氧丙烷加成反应,合成了聚丙二醇甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。考察了不同催化剂、催化剂用量、反应温度、不同阻聚剂,阻聚剂用量等因素对产品质量影响,确定了较优的合成条件:n(甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)﹕n(环氧丙烷)=1︰10,催化剂HM-1用量为反应物总质量的0.05%,阻聚剂用量为反应物总质量的0.04%,55℃反应6 h,双键保留率为95.1%。考察了不同吸附剂对催化剂处理效果的影响,确定活性白土用量1.5%,温度为75℃处理2 h,催化剂残余2 ppm。用红外光谱、凝胶色谱和核磁对反应产物进行了表征。Polypropylene glycol hydroxyethyl methylacrylate was prepared by hydroxyethyl methylacrylate as initiator and HM-1 as catalyst. Effects of catalyst,the dosage of catalyst, reaction temperature, polymerization inhibitor, the dosage of polymerization inhibitor were investigated. The optimal conditions were determined as: n(hydroxyethyl methylacrylate) ︰n(propylene oxide) =1︰10, the dosage of HM-1 w=0.05 % of total mass of the reactants, the dosage of polymerization inhibitor w=0.04 % of total mass of the reactants,reaction temperature 55 ℃ and reaction time 6 h. The double bond reached 95.1 %. The optimal conditions of removing catalyst were determined as: the dosage of activated clay w=1.5 % of total mass of the product, temperature 75 ℃ and time 2 h The catalyst content reached 2 ppm. The products were characterized by the FTIR, GPC and 1 HNMR.
