摘 要:基于荧光探针对Cu;的识别原理,本文设计并合成了两种相似的硫脲类衍生物,合成这两种化合物后,我们采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和元素分析(EA)以及核磁共振氢谱(;H-NMR)等方法对其结构进行表征。由于所合成的硫脲类衍生物作为配体与Cu;发生配位反应,使其原有的荧光特性消失,即发生了荧光猝灭效应,从而达到选择性识别与检测的目的。本文在设计荧光探针的应用上提供一定的理论和实验依据。Based on fluorescent probe to the identification principle,the article has synthesized two similar thiourea derivatives which one of them has good effect for copper ion selective detection.After synthesis of the two compounds, we use the Fourier infrared spectrum(FTIR) and element analysis(EA),;H nuclear magnetic resonance(;H-NMR) and other methods for the characterization. Because of synthesis of thiourea derivatives were as ligands with copper ion complexing reaction, make its original disappeared fluorescence properties, namely the fluorescence quenching effect, so as to achieve the purpose of selective recognition and detection. This paper provides given mass of theoretical and experimental basis for the design of fluorescent probe.
