摘  要:本文阐述了水锤对管线系统的影响及解决方案,并以海外某丙烷装船项目为例,考察了装船管路ESD系统、阀门故障关闭、单台泵故障停止运行、断电及ESD阀门关闭时间等对管路系统水锤压力的影响。针对水锤超压工况,提出了解决措施,研究方案及结果可作为同类项目的参考。Effect of surge on pipeline system and its solutions are illustrated in this paper. Taking overseas propane loading pipeline system as an example, the effects of ESD system, valve failure closure, single pump failure shutdown, blackout condition and ESD valve closure time on surge pressure were investigated. In terms of overpressure due to surge reason, the solutions are put forward, and the research scheme and results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
