摘 要:河道底泥疏浚是消除内源污染的方法之一,河道底泥集中处理方式有别于污水处理厂的剩余污泥处理。以深圳市前海湾片区底泥处理工程为例,针对该片区实际情况,通过对主要河道清淤疏浚底泥特性进行分析,设计了"预处理+脱水干化+外运"的集中处理方案并讨论了其可行性,其中预处理采用底泥调节系统+二级泥砂分离系统+绞吸船固液分离系统,底泥脱水采用双隔膜压滤机械脱水工艺,干化后产生的泥饼满足深圳市《河湖污泥处理厂产出物处置技术规范》(SZDB/Z 236-2017)中余土污染物控制指标Ⅲ级标准与限值,运往临市余泥渣土受纳场填埋。Among various methods, endogenous pollution elimination in waterways is often performed by dredging and sludge treatment. Treatment of river sediment is different from that of domestic sewage sludge in wastewater treatment plants. The sediment treatment project in Qianhai Bay area, Shenzhen analyzed sediment samples from the local main streams and developed a concentrate treatment plan following three steps: primary treatment, dewatering, and disposal. The pretreatment process adopts a combination of sediment adjustment system, secondary sediment separation system, cutter suction ship solid-liquid separation system.Sediment is dewatered by utilizing the double diaphragm filter press mechanical dehydration process. The dewatered sludge cake was evaluated for its contaminant level, which satisfied level Ⅲ standards in (SZDB/Z 236-2017). Lastly,dried sludge was shipped out for disposal at a regional construction waste treatment field.
