摘　　要：苯达松是一种选择性触杀型苗后除草剂。苯达松对作物良好的安全性、宽泛的杀草谱和强可混性,赋予了其良好的市场前景和市场竞争力。本设计工业化生产苯达松原药,生产规模为300 t/a,工艺路线选定为以2-氨基磺酸-N-异丙基苯甲酰胺为起始原料,经硫酸脱水环合、结晶精制、烘干生成苯达松产品。通过物料衡算对工艺进行设计,对危险有害因素进行辨识和安全评估。Bentazone is a thiadiazine compound.Its good crop safety,broad spectrum of killing grass and strong miscibility have given it a good market prospect and market competitiveness.This design is a process production workshop designed for the industrial production of bentazone original drug.The production scale is 300 t/a.The process route is selected as the outsourced intermediate 2-aminosulphonic acid-N-isopropylbenzamide,which is sulfuric acid.Dehydration cyclization,crystallization refining,drying to produce Bentazon.This design determines the selection of production equipment through material balance calculations.Risk and safety factors were Identificated and evaluated.
