摘　　要：随着学校科研项目和经费的大幅增长,科研动物实验也随之越来越多,现有的科研动物实验室无法满足广大科研人员的需求。因此,南方医科大学拟投入三千万元新建科研动物实验室。为了充分发挥科研动物实验室公共服务平台作用,对学校科研动物实验室的建设和运行管理模式进行了探讨和分析,以期能为其他医科院校、医药企业提供有益的借鉴。With the substantial increase of scientific research projects and funds, there are more and more experiments on scientific research animals. The existing scientific research animal laboratories cannot meet the needs of the majority of scientific researchers. Therefore, the school plans to invest 30 million yuan to build a new laboratory for scientific research animals. In order to give full play to the role of public service platform of scientific research animal laboratory, this paper discusses and analyzes the construction and operation management mode of scientific research animal laboratory in school, in the hope of providing useful reference for other medical schools and medical enterprises.
