摘  要:角度的传统测量方法费时、费事,自动化程度差,精确度不高。通过固定盘、固定轴、电阻丝、L型金属片的设计,把角度的变化转换为电阻的变化,使用四臂直流电桥将电阻的改变量转换为电压的改变量,采用经典的三运放仪表放大器电路将电压的改变量放大,放大后的电压信号送入单片机最小系统,经过A/D转换形成四位一体数码管段码,由单片机产生位选控制信号,轮番点亮数码管,自动显示L型金属片转过的角度。作品可以用于角度的自动测量,也可用于大学生创新创业训练、实习、实训等。The traditional angle measurement method is time-consuming, laborious, with poor automatic measurement and low accuracy. In this paper, through the design of fixed disk, fixed shaft, resistance wire and L-shaped metal sheet, the change of angle is converted into the change of resistance, the change of resistance is converted into the change of voltage by using a four-arm DC bridge, the change of voltage is amplified by using a classical three-amplifier instrumentation amplifier circuit, the amplified voltage signal is sent to the microcontroller minimum system, and a four-in-one digital tube segment code is formed by A/D conversion. The microcontroller generates a bit selection control signal, turns on the digital tube, and automatically displays the angle of rotation of the L-shaped metal sheet. The work can be used for automatic angle measurement, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship training, practice and training for college students.
