摘  要:为了指导供热企业科学合理地选择灵活性供热技术路线,以某装机2×300 MW等级亚临界热电联产机组为例,核算对比2台机组全部采用低压缸微出力供热技术方案,以及2台机组分别采用低位能供热技术和低压缸微出力供热技术的供热组合方案下的供热经济性和灵活性。核算结果表明:当热负荷为581 MW时,2种方案供热能力相当,可适应50%以上调峰的供热需求。在相同发电负荷工况下,相比2台机组全部采用低压缸微出力技术方案,低位能供热和低压缸微出力供热技术组合方案的平均发电煤耗降低25 g/(kW·h),推荐采用低位能供热和低压缸微出力供热技术组合方案。当调峰深度增加至40%负荷时,需增加灵活性调峰技术手段,按优先顺序,推荐高低旁联合供热作为首选,蓄热罐作为次选。In order to guide heating enterprises to select flexible heating technology route scientifically and reasonably,taking a subcritical cogeneration unit with an installed capacity of 2×300 MW as an example,calculate and compare the heating economy and flexibility under the heating combination scheme that both the units of the power plant adopt low-pressure cylinder micro output heating technology,and two units adopt low-level energy heating technology and low-pressure cylinder micro output heating technology respectively.The calculation results show that when the heat load demand of the whole plant is 581 MW,the heating capacity of the two schemes is equivalent,and they can meet the heating demand of more than50%peak shaving of the power plant.Under the same power generation load condition,compared with the low-pressure cylinder micro output technical scheme adopted by both two units,the average coal consumption for power generation of the combined scheme of low-level energy heating and low-pressure cylinder micro output heating technology is reduced by 25 g/kWh.It is recommended that the power plant adopt the combined scheme of low-level energy heating and low-pressure cylinder micro output heating technology.When the peak shaving depth of the power plant increases to 40%of the load,flexible peak shaving technical means should be added.In order of priority,it is recommended to take the combined high-low bypass heating as the first choice and the heat storage tank as the second choice.
