摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是解决农业农村农民问题的重要战略规划。新疆是我国最大的棉花种植区,发展好棉花产业对新疆的乡村振兴战略起着无比关键的作用。运用典型的SCP分析方法,对新疆的棉花产业进行多方位的分析,包括对其市场结构、行为和绩效三方面的分析,以及对其棉产业市场集中度,产品差异化和市场行为等问题的理论分析,并从乡村振兴战略促进新疆棉花产业腾飞的角度提出了"解决棉种多杂乱问题、提升棉种质量和优化新疆棉花产业市场结构和行为"等建议。Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important strategic plan to solve the problems of agriculture and rural farmers.Xinjiang is the largest cotton growing area in China.The development of cotton industry plays an extremely key role in Xinjiang’s Rural Revitalization Strategy.Using the typical SCP analysis method,this paper makes a multi-dimensional analysis of the cotton industry in Xinjiang,including the analysis of its market structure,behavior and performance,as well as the theoretical analysis of its cotton industry market concentration,product differentiation and market behavior.From the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy to promote the take-off of cotton industry in Xinjiang,some suggestions are put forward,such as“solving the problem of multiple and disorderly cotton seeds,improving the quality of cotton seeds and optimizing the market structure and behavior of cotton industry in Xinjiang”.
