摘 要:在棉花种质资源研究中,性状的变异大多在成株期以后才能发现和鉴别,往往需要移栽保存,并减少叶、蕾、铃等器官损伤。但是棉花为直根系农作物,根系再生能力较差,现蕾后的成株移栽大多无法成活。安徽省农业科学院棉花研究所棉花种质资源及育种项目组经过多年探索,成功研发出一种棉花成株期无损伤移栽技术,为棉花种质资源的保存和利用提供了一种新途径,实际应用效果良好,值得在棉花种质资源研究中借鉴和应用。In the research of cotton germplasm resources,variations of traits are generally discovered and identified after the adult stage,which often requires transplanting and preservation,and reduce the damage of leaves,buds,bolls and other organs.But cotton is a taproot crop with poor root regeneration ability.After cotton buds in the adult stage,most of its transplanting cannot survive.Therefore,after years of exploration,the cotton germplasm resources and breeding project team of the cotton research institute of the Anhui academy of agricultural sciences has successfully developed a non-damaged transplanting technology for cotton at the adult stage.It provides a new way for the conservation and utilization of cotton germplasm resources,and the practical application effect is good.It is worthy of reference and application in cotton germplasm resources research.
