摘 要:针对水下特种作战对高安全、小型化、高效杀伤反蛙人榴弹的应用需求,设计了全电子安全爆炸箔直列式引战集成系统。建立了GUHL-1为主装药战斗部水下中心与端面起爆模型,仿真计算了水下爆炸威力场分布。结果表明:两种起爆方式所产生的冲击波强度在装药正负轴向、径向、斜向基本相同,不同角度冲击波超压随传播距离均呈衰减趋势;冲击波超压在装药正负轴向强度最低,斜向45°与135°方向明显加强,距离爆炸中心12m处各方向冲击波超压峰值最小为1.77MPa,最高为2.04MPa。此外,采用中心起爆方式进行了战斗部水下静爆试验。试验结果显示:装药轴向的冲击波超压最小,斜向45°与135°方向最强,杀伤半径12m处各方向实测冲击波超压最小为1.52MPa,最高为1.76MPa,可对距离爆炸中心12m范围内的蛙人造成有效杀伤。To meet the requirements of high safety,miniaturization and high damage effect for anti-frogman grenade under-water,an system was designed which integrate the electronic safe and arm fuze and warhead.The simulation models of central initiation and head face initiation underwater for GUHL-1 as main charge were established,then the underwater explosion power field of warhead explosion was simulated.The results show the shock wave generated by the two initiation modes is basically same in the axial,radial and oblique directions.The shock wave pressure at different angles show an attenuation trend with the propagation distance.The pressure has the lowest strength in the positive and negative axial directions,but is obviously increased in the 45°and 135°directions.The minimum peak pressure at 12m away from the explosion center is 1.77MPa and the maximum peak pressure is 2.04MPa.Meanwhile,the underwater static explosion test of the warhead was carried out using the center initiation method.The test results show that the shock wave pressure in axial direction is the lowest,and in the 45°and 135°directions are the strongest.The weakest pressure at the damage radius of 12m is 1.52MPa,and the strongest is 1.76MPa.This shock wave can effectively kill frogmen within 12m from the explosion center.
