摘 要:为满足火工作动装置“高承载、低冲击”的要求,设计了一种单排钢珠式解锁作动器,对其作用过程进行仿真分析,依据内弹道理论建立了输出特性计算模型,并开展试验验证作动器输出性能。结果表明:解锁作动器采用单排钢珠实现了高承载目标,可承受拉伸载荷不低于35kN,同时作动器推力不大于7kN,冲量不高于24N·s,冲击不高于1317g。本研究为同类型低冲击火工装置研制提供了参考。In order to meet the requirements of“high-load and low-impact”of pyrotechnic device,an unlocking actuator with single row steel ball was designed.The action process was analyzed,and the output parameters were simulated by using the internal ballistic calculation program.Meanwhile,the verification tests of output performance of the actuator were carried out.The results show the actuator achieves the goal of high bearing capacity,by designing a single row of steel balls,it can bear the tensile failure load of no less than 35kN,meanwhile,the peak thrust of the actuator is no more than 7.0kN,the impulse is no more than 24N·s,and the impact is no more than 1317g.The study provides a reference for the development of the same type of low impact pyrotechnics device.
