摘 要:为了研究W-Ni-Al反应材料聚能粒子流对45#钢的侵彻性能及侵彻过程中的反应特性,采用模压法制备了W-Ni-Al(53wt%W-31.3wt%Ni-15.7wt%Al)反应材料药型罩,通过静破甲试验测试了反应材料药型罩侵彻性能,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和能量分散谱(EDS)对材料反应性进行了研究。结果表明:与Ni-Al反应材料药型罩相比,W-Ni-Al反应材料聚能粒子流对45#钢的侵彻深度提升了28.9%,开孔直径增加了23.8%;Al与Ni、W均发生金属间反应,且金属间反应持续整个侵彻过程,增强了聚能粒子流横向毁伤性能。In order to study the penetration performance of W-Ni-Al reactive jet penetrating 45#steel and the reaction characteristics in the process of penetration,the W-Ni-Al(53wt%W-31.3wt%Ni-15.7wt%Al)reactive material liner was prepared by molding method.The penetration performance of the reactive material liner was tested by static-penetrating test,and the material reactivity was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that the penetration depth of the reactive jet is increased by 28.9%,and the opening diameter is increased by 23.8%compared to those of the Ni-Al liner.Al reacts with Ni and W,the intermetallic reaction continues during the whole penetration process,which enhances the lateral damage performance of shaped charge jet.
