摘　　要：针对现役烟火药剂手工混药用“防护屏障”未有安全标准、未经过安全验证,以及不具备科学依据的现状,通过理论计算分析“防护屏障”的安全性,开展静爆试验验证“防护屏障”的实用性,对特种弹烟火药制造企业所用“防护屏障”的安全性进行了科学、合理、全面的综合评估,并提出相应的安全改善措施。In view of the situation that no safety standard,no safety verification and no theoretical basis for“protective barrier”,which is used in pyrotechnic compound prepared by manual mixing way,through theoretical calculation analysis of the security of"protective barrier"and static burst verification test for practicability of"protective barrier",the comprehensive safety evaluation of the"protective barrier"used in the special pyrotechnic compound manufacturer was carried out,and the safety improvement measures were proposed.
