摘 要:选用环保型氟碳表面活性剂和4种碳氢表面活性剂,通过分析一元体系和复配体系溶液表面张力、稳泡系数的变化,筛选出具有良好复配效果的活性剂组合,并配制成6%的泡沫灭火剂,研究其灭火性能。研究结果表明:YM-316与YM-309未产生协同增效作用,与APG-0810复配效果最好,当YM-316添加浓度大于临界胶束浓度时,相比单一体系APG-0810,复配体系表面张力降低了11.7mN/m,泡沫高度增加了23mm,稳泡系数最高为0.989;灭火实验显示,泡沫灭火剂灭火时间为3.97s,灭火剂施放瞬间降温速度达到最大值32.8℃/s。In this paper,the environmentally friendly fluorocarbon surfactant and four kinds of hydrocarbon surfactant were selected to study a combination of surfactant with good compounding effect,by analyzing the changes of surface tension and foam stabilization coefficient of the solution of monolithic system and compounding system,and 6%foam extinguishing agent was prepared,then the fire extinguishing performance of foam was researched.The results show that YM-316 has no synergistic effect with YM-309,but has the best synergistic effect with APG-0810.When YM-316 is added at a concentration greater than the critical micelle concentration,the surface tension of YM-316/APG-0810 compounding system is reduced by 11.7mN/m,the foam height is increased by 23mm,and the highest foam stabilization coefficient is 0.989 compared with that of single system APG-0810.The fire extinguishing experiment shows that the fire extinguishing time of foam extinguishing agent is 3.97s,and the instantaneous cooling rate of extinguishing agent application reaches the maximum value of 32.8℃/s.
