摘  要:【目的】评价培忠杉苗木耐盐性,从离子吸收与分配的角度研究苗木对盐胁迫的响应机制,为培忠杉苗木在盐渍化区域的栽培应用提供科学依据。【方法】以3年生容器苗为试验材料,通过浇灌不同含量的NaCl溶液,使土壤中NaCl的质量分数分别达到0.1%(CK)、0.3%、0.4%和0.5%,测定分析培忠杉苗木不同部位的Na^(+)、K^(+)、Ca^(2+)含量及K^(+)/Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)比值变化规律。【结果】不同处理组培忠杉苗木对不同离子的吸收与分布存在差异。随着土壤含盐量的增高,培忠杉苗木体内的Na^(+)总量逐渐增高,不同部位的Na^(+)含量整体表现为:叶部>根部>茎部,但根部的Na^(+)积累速率远大于叶部的积累速率。与对照组相比,3种不同盐含量处理组培忠杉苗木体内的K^(+)总量变化幅度较小,而Ca^(2+)总量均明显增大;同一盐含量处理条件下,培忠杉苗木不同部位的K^(+)含量整体表现为:叶部>茎部>根部,不同部位的Ca^(2+)含量整体表现为:茎部>叶部>根部。其中,培忠杉苗木根部的K^(+)和Ca^(2+)含量在盐胁迫下均无显著变化,茎部的K^(+)含量则呈下降趋势,而叶部的K^(+)和Ca^(2+)含量与茎部的Ca^(2+)含量则均显著大于对照组。与对照组相比,培忠杉苗木根部的K^(+)/Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)比值均显著下降,而叶部和茎部的K^(+)/Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)比值变化幅度较小,差异不显著。【结论】在盐胁迫条件下,培忠杉苗木通过对Na^(+)的重新分配和保持叶部较高的K^(+)和Ca^(2+)含量,维持了地上部分较高的K^(+)/Na^(+)和Ca^(2+)/Na^(+),提高了其耐盐性。【Objective】This study was designed to evaluate the salt tolerance of×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings,and to study the response mechanism of the seedlings to salt stress from the perspective of ion absorption and distribution,so as to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation and application of×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings in salinized areas.【Method】The three-year-old container seedlings were used as the test materials and irrigated with NaCl solution.The salinity of the soil was set as CK(0.1%),0.3%,0.4%and 0.5%.Then the Na^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+)contents and the ratios of K^(+)/Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)in different parts of the treated seedlings were determined.【Result】The absorption and distribution of various ions in the×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings with different treatments were varied.With the increase of soil salt content,the total amount of Na^(+)in×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings gradually increased.The overall Na^(+)content in different parts of the plant was as follows:leaf>root>stem,while the accumulation rate of Na^(+)in roots was much greater than that of leaves.Compared with the control,the total amount of K^(+)in the seedlings under the three treatments showed a slight change,while the total amount of Ca^(2+)increased significantly.Under the same salinity conditions,K^(+)content in different parts of×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings was as follows:leaf>root>stem,while Ca^(2+)content in different parts was as follows:stem>leaf>root.Among them,the K^(+)and Ca^(2+)contents in the roots did not change significantly under salt stress.The K^(+)content in stems showed a trend of decrease,and the K^(+)and Ca^(2+)contents in leaves as well as the Ca^(2+)content in stems were significantly higher than those contents of the control.Compared with the control group,the ratios of K^(+)/Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)in the roots of×Taxodiomera peizhongii seedlings decreased significantly,while the ratios of K^(+)/Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)/Na^(+)in the leaves and stems changed slightly,and the differen
