摘  要:针对永磁直线同步电机的精确运动控制问题,提出了一种在不影响推力的情况下抑制电机磁阻力的方法。首先,对具有横向和纵向磁通的双边磁通永磁直线同步电机机构进行分析,并对永磁体动子移动时的磁阻力变化进行推导;其次,通过在两个永磁体动子之间引入90°的相位差,以消除端部效应对推力谐波分量的影响,并通过电枢绕组的重新布置来保持原有的推力;最后,对适用的槽极结构进行了三维有限元模拟,并制作了原型样机并进行了磁阻力和推力测试。研究结果表明:与传统情况相比,所提方法的磁阻力波形峰值从149.7 N降低到24.3 N,降低了83.7%,从而以最小的机械改变为代价大幅降低了磁阻力,同时保持推力不变,验证了其有效性。Aiming at the precise motion control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,a method of restraining the magnetic resistance of the motor without affecting the thrust was proposed.Firstly,the mechanism of bilateral flux permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with transverse and longitudinal flux was analyzed,and the change of magnetic resistance of permanent magnet during the displacement of permanent magnet was deduced;Then,by introducing 90°phase difference between two permanent magnet movers,the influence of end effect on thrust harmonic components was eliminated,and the original thrust was maintained by rearranging armature windings;Finally,a three-dimensional finite element simulation of the applicable slot structure was carried out,and the prototype is made and the magnetic resistance and thrust are tested.The prototype was made and the magnetic resistance and thrust were tested.The research results show that,compared with the traditional situation,the peak value of the magnetic resistance waveform of the proposed method is reduced from 149.7 N to 24.3 N,which is 83.7%,thus greatly reducing the magnetic resistance at the expense of the smallest mechanical change,while keeping the thrust unchanged,which verifies its effectiveness.
