摘 要:针对当前非圆齿轮设计和建模过程繁琐,齿廓特征点提取过程复杂,非圆齿轮设计完成后验证不严谨,以非圆齿轮为研究对象,依据齿轮啮合原理,提出一种简单的非圆齿轮设计方法,并以一个数值算例对该方法进行了验证。此外对非圆齿轮节曲线根切、封闭性和凹凸性进行判断,对弧长进行计算,对非圆齿轮的焦点进行精确的求解。最后,以Pro/E为建模平台,生成非圆齿轮的三维模型,并对装配后的非圆齿轮进行了运动学分析和理论分析。研究结果表明,运动过程中齿轮齿形啮合良好,从动轮的传动比曲线满足理论传动比要求。证明提出方法的正确性,为非圆齿轮的设计提供了一个简单有效的设计方法,提高了非圆齿轮设计和建模的效率。Aim at the current non-circular gears design and modeling process is tedious,the extraction process of tooth profile feature points are complex,and the verification of non-circular gears design is not rigorous,this article regards non-circular gears as the analysis object,based on the theory of gearing,a simple design method of non-circular gears is presented,and the method is verified by a numerical recipe.Besides,the root cutting,sealing and concavity of non-circular gears pitch curve are judged.the arc length is calculated and the rotary center of non-circular gears is solved accurately.Finally,using Pro/E as the modeling platform,the 3D model of non-circular gears was generated,and kinematics analysis and theoretical analysis of the assembled non-circular gears were carried out.The results show that the tooth profile meshes well and the transmission ratio curve of the driven wheel meets the requirement of theoretical transmission ratio.It is proved that the method proposed in this paper is correct,this paper provides a simple and effective design method for non-circular gears design,and improves the efficiency of non-circular gears design and modeling.
