摘 要:为解决纺织车间纱锭自动输送系统的布局问题,分析车间物流及非物流影响因素,建立了生产成本最低化、生产效率最大化、工作区占地面积最小化的多目标优化函数。应用SLP和人工蜂群算法对输送系统进行布局优化。根据车间需求划分作业区域,进行数学建模及边界条件约束,以实际电子玻璃纤维基布生产车间为研究对象进行仿真验证。实验表明,优化后的物流量、占地面积和生产成本分别减少了26.1%、23.0%和27.6%,改进算法有效避免SLP方法存在设计误差较大以及人工蜂群算法易陷入局部最优的缺点。In order to solve the layout problem of the automatic spindle conveying system in the textile workshop,this paper analyzes the workshop logistics and non-logistics influencing factors,and establishes a multi-objective optimization function that minimizes production costs,maximizes production efficiency,and minimizes the footprint of the work area.Through the application of SLP and artificial bee colony algorithm,the layout of the conveying system is optimized.According to the needs of the workshop,the work area is divided.Mathematical modeling and boundary condition constraints are carried out.The actual electronic glass fiber fabric production workshop is used as the research object for simulation verification.Experiments show that the optimized material flow,floor space and production cost have been reduced by 26.1%,23.0%and 27.6%,respectively.The improved algorithm effectively avoids the large design error of the SLP method,and also solves the shortcoming of artificial bee colony algorithm that is easy to fall into local optimum.
