摘 要:由于蜂窝芯结构的特殊性,在切削加工时容易产生各种加工缺陷,为研究铝蜂窝芯材料加工缺陷对于其力学性能的影响,对铝蜂窝芯在平面压缩载荷作用下的力学响应进行了研究。通过铝蜂窝芯铣削实验,得到了撕裂毛刺、压溃翻折、开裂脱胶等典型加工缺陷,同时建立了含有加工缺陷的蜂窝芯有限元模型,通过压缩实验验证了模型的可行性,分析了不同加工缺陷对其承载能力的影响。结果表明:铝蜂窝芯的压缩过程分为4个阶段:弹性阶段、损伤阶段、持续破坏阶段和致密阶段。撕裂毛刺的存在对于铝蜂窝强度有较大影响,蜂窝壁压溃翻折的影响较小,脱胶缺陷在达到一定剧烈程度以后会使其承载能力下降。Due to the particularity of honeycomb core structure,it is easy to produce various machining defects during cutting.In order to study the influence of machining defects on the mechanical properties of aluminum honeycomb core material,the mechanical response of aluminum honeycomb core under plane compression load was studied.Through the milling test of aluminum honeycomb core,the typical machining defects,such as tearing burr,crushing and turning,cracking and degumming,were obtained.At the same time,the finite element model of honeycomb core with machining defects was established.The feasibility of the model was verified by compression test,and the influence of different machining defects on its bearing capacity was analyzed.The results show that the compression process of aluminum honeycomb core can be divided into four stages:elastic stage,damage stage,continuous failure stage and compact stage.The existence of tear burr has a great influence on the strength of aluminum honeycomb,while the effect of honeycomb wall collapse and folding is small.The degumming defect will reduce the bearing capacity of aluminum honeycomb after reaching a certain degree of severity.
