摘 要:在持续优化电力营商环境、提升客户获得电力感知背景之下,电力公司拿什么来吸引新的客户,成为电力企业必须思考的问题。电力企业历史的沉淀如何更好地利用在客户服务上,尤其是对大宗用户的个性化服务,我们多年积累的用户用电数据怎样为用户提供更精准的用户指导,为电力企业的风险控制提供更多的辅助,所有这些问题的解决都需要我们电力人更了解“数据”。国网四川电力公司针对部分区域以大宗用户为主,开展大宗用户用电感知优化试点,通过对大宗用户用电信息的分析,实现用户用电方案推荐,控制电费回收风险,变电站和线路容量配置分析等数据,通过对用户的用电行为分析,为用户提供更优质的服务。Under the background of continuously optimizing the power business environment and improving customers'perception of electricity,what power companies use to attract new customers has become a problem that power enterprises must think about.How to make better use of the historical precipitation of power enterprises in customer service,especially the personalized service for large users,how to provide users with more accurate user guidance and more assistance for the risk control of power enterprises based on the user's power consumption data accumulated over the years,and how to solve all these problems requires our power people to know more about"data".State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Co.,Ltd.has carried out pilot projects to optimize the power consumption perception of bulk users in some regions.Through the analysis of power consumption information of bulk users,it can recommend power consumption schemes,control the risk of electricity charge recovery,analyze the capacity configuration of substations and lines,and provide users with better services through the analysis of users'power consumption behavior.
