基于中医传承辅助平台的中医治疗心房颤动用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5.0)软件,搜索治疗心房颤动的中药方剂,并研究其组方用药规律,为临床用药提供依据。方法检索2004年1月1日—2019年11月27日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中运用中药治疗心房颤动的文献,设立纳入及排除标准以筛选处方,建立方剂数据库,并录入中医传承辅助平台,进行数据的整理与分析。结果共检索到81篇文献、涉及92首方剂,药物多归心经,性味以甘、温为主,频次在15次以上的中药共23味,从功效看,多集中在补气、滋阴、活血化瘀、安神。最常用药对为麦冬-五味子,结合药物组合关联规则,认为麦冬-五味子、龙骨-牡蛎等为治疗心房颤动的核心药对。通过新方分析版块,共得到18个用于新方聚类的核心组合,并由此演化出新处方9首。结论本研究借助中医传承辅助平台,在搜索文献的基础上,整理了当代医家治疗心房颤动的方剂共92首,分别对方药的归经、四气五味、用药频次、组方规律及新方分析进行了统计归纳。利用新方聚类合成的新方具备一定参考价值,对临床开拓新药有一定的提示作用。Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)software,the Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of atrial fibrillation in the past 15 years were searched,and the rule of prescription was studied to provide evidence for clinical prescription.Methods Literatures on the application of Traditional Chinese in the treatment of atrial fibrillation were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2004 to November 27,2019.Inclusion and exclusion criteria were set up to screen prescriptions.Prescription database was established,and the data were entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform for data sorting and analysis.Results A total of 92 prescriptions from 81 literatures were retrieved.There are 23 TCM medicines with sweet and warm and their frequency were more than 15.The drugs mostly returned to the heart.Most of them were qi replenishing,yin nourishing,blood activating and blood stasis removing,and tranquilizing.The most common drug pair was ophiopogonis schisandrae.Combined with the association rules of drug combinations,ophiopogonis schisandrae and keel oyster were considered as the core drug pairs for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Through the new square analysis section,18 core combinations for the new square clustering were obtained,from which 9 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion The analysis shows the rules of prescription of atrial fibrillation excavates a lot of valuable information for development of new drugs.
