生脉开痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血清FKN、SFRP5水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究生脉开痹汤对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果以及对病人血清fractalkine(FKN)及血清分泌型卷曲蛋白5(SFRP5)表达的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2019年3月唐山市中医医院收治的100例冠心病心绞痛病人作为研究对象,按照随机数字法将病人分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予生脉开痹汤进行治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、炎症指标、血液流变学及血清FKN、SFRP5水平。结果治疗后,两组病人的腰膝酸软、畏寒肢冷、疲倦乏力、气短心悸、胸痛胸闷等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),而且观察组各症状的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病人的心电图疗效比较相似(P>0.05),观察组病人的心绞痛总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肌钙蛋白I(cTnl)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均有所降低,血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均有所增高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组的cTnl和hs-CRP水平低于对照组,VEGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病人的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞聚集指数均有所下降,而且观察组病人各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病人血清FKN水平均有所降低,观察组病人的FKN水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病人的血清SFRP5水平有所升高,且观察组的血清SFRP5水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生脉开痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,能够有效降低病人血清FKN水平,增高病人血清SFRP5水平。Objective The effect of Shengmai Kaibi Decoction on coronary heart disease angina pectoris,and the expression of serum fractalkine(FKN)and serum secreted frizzled-related protein 5(SFRP5).Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shengmai Kaibi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,curative effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,inflammatory indicators,blood flow and serum FKN and SFRP5 levels were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms in observation group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnl and hs-CRP in 2 groups were lower than that before treatment,while the levels of VEGF were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnl and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than that in control group,while the levels of VEGF were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the high shear and low shear whole blood viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and red blood cell aggregation index of 2 groups were decreased,and all indexes in observation group were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum FKN levels in 2 groups were decreased,FKN level in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum SFRP5 levels in 2 groups were increased,and the serum SFRP5 levels in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengmai Kaibi Decoction is effective in treating coronary heart disease angina pect
